We done really well sticking to last week's Meal Plan. Fingers crossed we'll stick to this week's plan too.
Monday - Spaghetti Bolognese
Tuesday - Mince, potatoes and vegetables
Wednesday - Pasta Night at my Mums
Thursday - Chicken Stir Fry
Friday - Ham, eggs and chips
Saturday - Takeaway Night
Sunday - Roast dinner at my Dads
I'm trying to experiment more and more with our dishes and to stop having the same old meals week in, week out. I still have to keep them simple to please each one of us, it's hard having to cook for 3 people, all with different preferences!
